Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to get hands-on with technology? Join our team as a Technical Depot Associate and take on a dynamic role that blends technical troubleshooting, quality assurance, and fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is not your typical desk job. You'll be cross-trained across multiple business functions, giving you variety in your day and opportunities to expand your skills.

What You'll Do

Technical Operations

• Test and troubleshoot wireless barcode scanners and printers to verify reported issues
• Load and image software on returned, repaired, and new devices (e.g., Zebra TC-52 handhelds)
• Prepare and inventory items for repair, return, or shipment
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accurate testing and repairs

Fulfillment & Quality Assurance

• Pick, pack, and ship products to end-users with accuracy and speed
• Perform detailed quality checks to ensure devices meet standards before shipping
• Collaborate with the warehouse team on receiving, shipping, and workflow efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working with computers all day; proficient with Windows 10
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.) a plus
• Professional communicator (email, chat, phone, in-person)
• Previous warehouse or QA experience is a plus
• Flexible, collaborative, and ready to jump into different tasks as needed
